The Founders
Sustainable Glam was founded by Fernanda and Javier Rabago, a husband-and-wife team with over two decades of experience in the professional hair color industry.
Launching in April 2020—during a time of global change—they saw an opportunity to reset the standard. Their vision was simple but ambitious: to bring exclusive Italian-formulated hair color to the US market without compromising on ethics or environmental impact.
