No. We strictly avoid buybacks to prevent product diversion (reselling on eBay), which hurts professional brands. Instead, we recommend a gradual transition. We offer Intro Kits at various price points to help you switch over at your own pace.

Never. Our products are made in Italy, where animal testing for cosmetics has been banned since 2013 (Regulation EC No 1223/2009). We do not test on animals, and no third party tests on our behalf.

Epic is a PPD-Free formula, perfect for clients with sensitivities.
GlossX is a traditional Italian PPD formula.
We offer both so you can choose the chemistry that fits your client. Tones may vary slightly between the two lines.

We use Toluene-2,5-diamine sulfate (PTDS). The maximum concentration is 2.4% (in shade 1N) and goes as low as 0.1% in lighter shades.

No. Mixing other brand developers (especially enzyme developers) with our color can cause unpredictable results, sensitivity issues, or poor coverage. We only recommend Sustainable Glam developers to ensure the pH balance and performance are chemically correct.
