Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada?

If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada, the cost is substantially higher to ship outside the contiguous US. USPS is recommended as an alternative for those locations as the rate is much more reasonable. In any case once you place your order you will see rates of different shipping carrier options and rates available.

For International orders we have discounted our products for international customers to help alleviate part of the duties you have to pay.  Each country has different import duties and you are responsible to cover the import duties set by your country.

Do you offer hair color trade outs?

As a company policy we do not do buybacks or trade outs. Most companies that do this practice, often times resale these products on eBay and become a part of the product diversion problem, affecting the brands they are trading out from salons. We absolutely do not want to be part of this problem. In addition, we consider it is best for your salon to transition from one color line to another in gradual way so that the colorists can have time to transfer and adjust clients formulas to GlossX or Epic Hair Color, rather than do it all at once. We have several new customer Intro Kits available at different price points. If you do not see a kit that fits your needs, let us know and we can custom make one based on your salon needs.

Are your products tested on animals?

We do not test the products on animals, neither is any testing on animals done on our behalf. All our products are made in Italy and in Europe animal testing for cosmetics has been banned since 2013.  This is in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (EU Cosmetics Regulation).

Can you use Epic Hair Color or GlossX as toners to get a Demi effect (Deposit Only effect)?

Yes, on both of our color lines, Epic or GlossX, you simply have to use our Sustainable Glam 7 Volume Developer to give you a demi-permanent effect - Deposit Only no lift.

How can I become an educator?

As the brand grows we will eventually expand our education team. Please know that the educators are selected from within our customer base, since you must know the products very well and be using our products in your salon for at least a year to be considered for a education position. Lastly, we require our educators to be very active in social media sharing their Sustainable Glam work, so a good way to catch our attention to your work is to be very active in social media posting work with our products and tagging us.
