3. Professional Use & Indemnification
By purchasing from Sustainable Glam, you explicitly agree to the following:
I acknowledge that all professional hair color products, such as hair color tubes, lighteners, and developers, are designated for professional use only and are not intended for retail sale.
As a professional licensed cosmetologist, I understand that I am purchasing these hair color products solely for professional purposes. I hereby affirm that I will not sell these professional products to anyone under any circumstances, and I will use them exclusively within the premises of my professional establishment while providing services to salon customers.
Liability Waiver:
If, contrary to my representation, I am not a licensed cosmetologist, I agree to indemnify and hold Sustainable Glam harmless from any liability associated with or arising out of my purchase or use of Sustainable Glam hair color and hair care products. Similarly, if I am a licensed esthetician, I also agree to indemnify and hold Sustainable Glam harmless from any liability associated with or arising out of my purchase or use of professional hair color and hair care products.
4. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
5. Modifications to Service & Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
6. Products & Color Accuracy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Hair color results may vary based on hair type, texture, and base color.
7. Accuracy of Billing
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials.
9. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
