Shipping Policy

Every order you place supports forest protection initiatives to offset logistics emissions.

1. Order Processing Times

We know you need your color fast. Here is our commitment:

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Monday - Friday) are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: During high-volume periods (product launches or sales), processing may take an additional 24 hours.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and your location.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over specific thresholds (check our home page for current offers).
  • PO Boxes: Please select USPS for PO Box addresses. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We recommend USPS for the most economical rates to these locations.

3. International Shipping

We ship Sustainable Glam to some countries. However, please be aware of the following:

All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country once the shipment arrives.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined solely by your local customs authority.

Sustainable Glam does not collect, control, or assume responsibility for these charges. Payment of any applicable duties, taxes, or fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, or returned to us by the carrier or customs authorities, the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any customs-related charges incurred will be deducted from the customer’s refund.


4. How to check the status of your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sustainableglam.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photos Required: To speed up the claims process with our carriers, please snap a photo of the damaged box or product and attach it to your email.
